Voices of Experience: Video on Seamless TANF Partnerships

This video features four TANF practitioners who explain how partnerships at their local American Job Centers (AJCs) are creating opportunities to reach more people who can utilize their services. The participants document their successes in serving TANF recipients as a result of these partnerships, by providing direct access to AJC services for all customers such as WIOA co-enrollment for eligible individuals, job placement services and employment preparation activities.
Participants include Jack Rogers, Department of Health and Human Services, North Carolina; Karla Aguirre, Utah Program and Training Director, Utah Workforce Development Division; Sisifo Taatiti, Utah TANF Program Manager; and Marla Rye, Executive Director, Northern Tennessee Workforce Board.
