ETP Eligibility Policy Checklist Tool

In attachment III of the recently released Training and Employment Guidance Letter 08-19, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Training Provider Eligibility and State List of Eligible Training Providers (ETPs) and Programs, ETA provided a checklist that states may use to ensure that their ETP eligibility policies have all of the components required by WIOA.

ETA has created an interactive tool based on the checklist in attachment III, which allows states to check off each item when they confirm that the item is included in their written ETP policies. States are encouraged to use either this tool or attachment III in reviewing and updating their plans in advance of the submission of their state plans.
