This video features two practitioners who discuss how WIOA will transform the system from a business perspective.

They address the role of the workforce system in building the talent pipeline and cite the opportunities that WIOA provides to fulfill that vision, including bringing the supply and demand sides together; using data in different ways to better engage in demand planning; and incentivizing employers to come together to organize their preferred provider networks for talent development.
