This video features five practitioners who share their insights on how WIOA will bring transformation to the workforce system. They discuss their plans to take advantage of the opportunities WIOA provides including bringing new partners to the table; engaging employers to identify their needs from a talent pipeline perspective; reconsidering decisions that were made 15 to 18 years ago, and ensuring the creation of a demand-driven system.
