20181109T114051 ETA Announces Change 1 to WIOA Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) On November 2, 1018, ETA issued Change 1 to TEGL No. 16-17. This guidance provides states with revised allotment levels for WIOA Adult and DW FY 2019 funds, which became available to states in October 2018. To expand their usefulness to a broader customer base there is now a Spanish translation for each scenario.
