The vision of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is to increase access and opportunities to employment, education, training, support services to employment. The Innovation and Opportunity Network (ION) supports state and local workforce development boards, system professionals, and employers, by helping you find the resources you need to successfully implement that vision. ION is your starting point to stay informed on the latest technical assistance tools and resources for WIOA implementation - here you will find links to guidance documents, promising practices, training tools, and other technical assistance resources developed by the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as other Federal agency partners.
